About Us > Kerry DelMastro, CMHC

As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I work with adults individually and with couples. I believe that therapy can help people lead the happy and fulfilling lives that they dream of having. Through a collaborative relationship I will assist you in identifying how to effectively experience your emotions, improve interpersonal relationships, practice mindfulness by living in the present moment, and have the healthy coping skills to tolerate distress. I will work to provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere where acceptance and change can result in growth and healing. I specialize in providing you with the effective skills to manage the challenges you may be experiencing, such as, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, and life transitions.

I have extensive experience working in an outpatient PHP and IOP Women's program providing Individual and Group Counseling and DBT skills training. I have training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Mindfulness, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. In addition, I am a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT-200.

I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA).
